Okay my therapist suggested finding like minded people and joining/forming a support group but I don't even know where to start. Basically I'm hosed up from the whole pandemic/american death cult and I'm feeling isolated and it's driving me insane.

As someone who had a complete mental breakdown when Covid started I highly recommend food delivery as a way to keep yourself a float while you fix your brain.
