I was going to make a thread about face-swapping thumbs and faces, but I stumbled upon the horror of what happens when you use Photoshop's content aware fill on faces: So I tried some more faces...    If you have Photoshop this is really easy to do: just select the face area, then go to the Edit menu and click Fill. Under contents select "Content Aware".
