1] A 2] A Soul seems like the way to go just from a scarcity of resources point of view. We only(?) get it from failure and increasing everything else will make Soul progressively more rare. 3] A about 28% chance to fail and get a bad feeling (which might be a roll penalty?), 44% chance to get a vague idea, and 28% chance to hit a 10+ and get a detailed hunch on a goal/thing to avoid for the week.
