Once you get Limestone, I suggest keeping a perpetual factory making cement and shoving it into a storage box. You might not think you'll need tons (besides the space elevator) but then you suddenly want to start Building A Factory and you need a thousand+ and better to have preemptively stocked instead of having to go find a second deposit, overclock both, and feed them with a dedicated coal plant to stockpile everything on the quicklike.
