Let us not forget that after this book posed the question of what is a weapon? And also encouraged "directed research", China started their biological weapons program.

Some are wary of China due to historical reasons, while some are in favor of closer ties to China because of financial and other perks. I know one thing for sure though. Younger generations rarely speak Mandarin, so I'm not sure who CNTV's target audience is.
