I want to get some snacks for the weekend, something new maybe? what do you guys get for the weekend snacking? To get us started here's some of my favorites Crunchy combos variety pack Sour warheads sour skittles Spicy flamin' hot cheetos Sweet rice krispies treats peanut butter m&ms kit kat bars please share your favorites snacks in this thread it can even be things that are simple to prepare but let's try and keep it to stuff that anyone could make |

I have been trying to make healthier choices lately and have been gettin on some crunchy peas they are kinda bland on their own but mix in some toasted corn/raisins/nuts and then you really got somethin

Lately my go to snack has been toast with goat cheese and fig jam I know I know most people wouldn't see that as a snack mostly a small meal but I treat it as a snack and it satisfies what little sweet tooth I have. |

I guess making chutney would not qualify as "simple to prepare" tho. other cheeses good with this, e.g. manchego. or do that last one like the spanish and eat it with membrillo (quince paste). another good variation on the cherry tomato thing: cherry tomato, feta, and balsamic vinegar, and maybe a bit of extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil if you've got em. I usually add a touch of black pepper, and maybe a tiny bit of salt if the feta is not adding enough. |

I just remembered to order goon made jerky love the ghost pepper jerky I don't liker ordering in the winter the package always gets stuck in a snow storm and buried even if it only snows once that entire winter then the package falls apart and you have plastic baggies with frozen jerky that you have to dig out of the snow and it's just never the same after being frozen this is of course my usps drivers fault fedex and ups never have this problem goon jerky is a good snack just don't eat an entire 1lb bag in a sitting high recommend taking out how much you want for the night and not just eating straight from the bag

Haha, oh no, actually I was trying to imply that you revealed my grand plan of eating goons, so that I had to flee, which was meant as a follow-up from my assumption earlier that goon jerky is indeed made out of goons.
