Playing through the game again, is the best move after normal to just speedrun the story through TVHM and once the Warrior is down go into UHVM (assuming you're 50 without needing to do any optional missions)?

you're unlikely to be at level 50 if you speedrun TVHM, and you'd have a bad time in UVHM without good gear anyway. (a lot of people don't like UVHM at all, i don't mind it after adjusting to it).

Welp i did speedrun TVHM, started at 44 (having done every quest and side quest in normal) and hit 50 on the badass constructor 2.0 just before the vault of the warrior with zero side quests completed. From what you're saying don't go into UVHM? Just do the rest of TVHM quests?

Pretty much, I have every side quest to do and accepted none. Wanted to see if I could get all the way to the end with just the main quest.

You definitely want to start UVHM decked out and with a really tight build

I’d also strongly recommend the UVHM rebalance mod which reduces enemy health by a lot and nerfs slag to the ground (this is a good thing). It’s not necessary and I’ve gotten to OP levels without it but it just makes everything a lot less frustrating

My biggest desire is for loot to be more than a coloured line. I have protonopia colour blindness and even with that setting turned on its really hard to differentiate blues and purples or greens and oranges but more importantly is id like it to always have it show what slot it is at any distance rather than having to go through everything to see if that purp is a gun or shield or class mod.

The best dlc is tiny tinas because the magic missile grenades are broken as hell forever and even a level 35 one can carry you through uvhm

I think, or at least hope, that it means that you dont need to switch elements with this nuclear thing when slag didnt boost slag damage. It just straight up makes enemies take more damage.

It's basically corrosive from bl1

Essentially if what i think is right it will be overpowered and far and away the best element in the game. So im probably wrong and they try to balance it that will make it either useless or unweildy.
