They put a ton of effort into the other local member of the council, who appeared for only a second or two:

* Tiny Baby Vampire fangs
* Tiny Vampiric Council outfit
* A baby bottle full of blood

This show is amazing. The entire episode was great, but Evan's "That's fukken rough" and Colin Robinson's "The gently caress can I do?" killed me.

What movie was the sunrise scene aping? I feel like it might have been Nosferatu, but I can't remember.

Pretty sure they're setting Guillermo up to be so jaded that he becomes a vampire slayer, or at least has the reputation of one (since he killed two vampires already). This would be hilarious and awesome, where he keeps just accidentally murdering them but becomes widely feared by the vampire council.

What are the odds on Gizmo killing Jenna before the end of the season?

I can't imagine which would be funnier-Nandor's descendant being a disappointing dweeb, or them being wildly more successful at modern life than him.

Nandor's kid is going to get vampired and sending Gizmo over the loving edge.

Nandor's kid being a werewolf. Actually, now that I say that, they could have been more werewolves in the series...

Mark Proksch is appearing in this week's Thrilling Adventure Live! along with Keegan Michael Key and Nathan Fillion. https://thrillingadventure.live/

They're fun shows that are like old time radio plays - they have 2 standout shows, Beyond Belief, which is a pastiche of Roaring 20s decadence, detective shows, and the Addams Family; and Sparks Nevada, about an Earth Lawman assigned to bring law and order in a totally not-wild-west version of Mars complete with interplanetary banditos, saloons, and laser-gun six shooters.

some interesting details from this episode:

  • Carol apparently came with the poo poo-pipe.
  • Simon having a Zune is consistent with vampires being idiots about technology.
  • Did you notice? The candelabra on top of Simon's piano is made from garbage: a spare tire and upturned office chair casters.

Marwa got done dirty in every episode. Disappointing.

This season felt more like a whole bunch of bottle episodes and I know that's not really true. Just seems like none of the continuity matters for anything. Coming back from England without any meaningful character development probably spoiled my outlook on things. C- overall
