I went by your conversion to make it for Buffalo cauliflower for dinner tonight, and it came out great. I did fudge it a little bit because I was short on Red Hot, but thank you for doing the measurement scaling so I didn't have to.

Even though I grew up in Buffalo, if my family made 'Buffalo sauce' it was just butter and Red Hot nuked in a little ramekin :smith:

There is a new local chicken place that opened up and you order a dozen wings, they give you the entire fuckin' wing. It's like 3 lbs of food for $10. They crisp it up so loving good. And throw a slice of bread on top. I dunno why, but its good poo poo. I can maybe eat 6. Maybe.

There's a pho place by me that serves the entire wing, and they're delightfully crispy; no sauce on them, but they come with lime wedges and a little cup of spices that you sprinkle on them. They're different, but it's a good flavor.

The slice of bread is probably in there to soak up the steam coming off the hot chicken so the wings don't get soggy.
