The biggest match for BROCK or the biggest match overall? For Brock personally, the Rock match was probably bigger than the Angle match if only because he mostly just tossed the Crowning As The Guy that match was meant to be in the bin. In terms of his career's importance from a historical perspective, I would say the Streak Match is #1 and a modestly distant #2 would be dropping the belt to Eddie, because that win is probably one of the biggest contributions to Eddie's legend being so enduring (other than his tragic death of course)

I absolutely adored the Brock/Eddie match but I do think in terms of "making" him as a top guy in WWE, beating Rock was a bigger deal. Now for Eddie himself? Eddie beating Brock has to have been the biggest match of his entire career.

I feel like if Brock had stayed rather than leaving for football/ufc, his match against Angle would have in the long run been a bigger deal than the win over Rock. It's been a long time since I watched it admittedly, but I remember that Brock's rise was more or less a foregone conclusion at that Summerslam. Rock put over Brock in the way that HBK put over Austin at Mania 14, he was already there. The match against Angle was his formal crowning. Win the Rumble, win the Mania Main in an all-time great match. The only reason it's value was dampened is because Brock didn't use that value for much before walking out.
