Don’t get me wrong, the women’s division deserves to main event Mania. There is no question there. However, it is my opinion that the Main Event of the biggest show of the year should be the best story with the most people invested. Since Charlotte got added into the match it’s lost a poo poo load of interest. It’s kinda fell flat in the last month. However, one story that hasn’t lost any heat and hasn’t slowed down and has only got better and better and has everyone invested is the Kofi vs Bryan story. Just my opinion….. Kofi vs Bryan should be the main event. I’m still happy with Ronda vs Becky vs Charlotte main eventing though, it is my 2nd choice.

Lesnar's steamrolled over people we expected him to lose to before, you miss the happy coronation of a Becky win but I could see really interesting character/story stuff from a Charlotte or Rousey win, if Rousey's actually sticking around when we don't expect her to, but if Kofi loses then it's months of the crowd really getting behind the guy being deflated, and he absolutely does not have the cushion of being regularly over with the fans like Seth does or that white-hot "biggest thing around" that Becky is enjoying right now to keep him going after a big loss. In terms of keeping your main eventers big deals Rollins and Lynch could both lose and be okay, Kofi definitely can't, so when I look at it from that lens I feel pretty confident about Kofi winning and Becky does still have that great WM moment/story to close out the show going for her, so yeah I guess if someone has to lose it'd be Seth since lord knows Lesnar has just kept on beating people in the past, plenty of precedent and maybe they do want to try Roman coronation 4 or 5. This is one WM where I'd love it if they're just like "screw it, have the faces win all the major titles" since I think that leads to a real interesting story, maybe you have Batista beat HHH (hahahaha no chance but maybe...) and that's your big deal heel win, then Joe beats Angle and menaces his kid after and Shane shenangians his way into beating Miz and now it's somewhat balanced between faces and heels.
