This will be the first Thanksgiving in a decade I've not shared with my boomer parents. It is entirely due to their support of Trump 2020. I was willing to drop by with a KN95, elbow-bump people, exchange (sanitized) food, and leave -- but the Trump support is too much. My dad fell headfirst into the conspiracies too, doing string.jpg about how it's SO STRANGE that a bunch of mail-in votes counted after the election changed the election results in states where they couldn't begin counting mail-in votes until after the election.

Before dieting chat wanders too far away, why do boomers think skipping one meal will cause your entire metabolism to shut down and your body to go into starvation mode? Bruh I've got 200,000 extra calories stored in this famine-prevention-layer. My body knows how to use them, it's just whiny about it.
