My stance is that if there’s one vaguely tangible benefit to putting however many hundreds of hours into these games, it’s that it helps you put into context those names you’d normally see devoid of it in a textbook or whatever. Which is completely nullified if you don’t use the standard accepted names.

Ugh. I knew I should have gone with my gut and just ordered it off Steam.  Ordered one copy of the deluxe edition of Green Man Games. Everything looked fine checking out, and then the confirmation email/screen looked like this:  My credit card only shows 1 charge of (what should be correct) $41.24, but now I'm all anxious and irritated. Submitted a support ticket and am ready to contest the charge with my credit card company if they give me poo poo.

yeah i'm not impressed with gmg, i didn't get screwed on check out like you did but they don't give you the code so that you can preload it on steam, instead you have to just wait around and keep checking back until they send it to you

I ordered off GMG ( and got the collectors for £32 which is pretty amazing I'd say), I also got two copies of Stellaris pre-ordered from there before it came out. But I wish they'd give me my code already, it's just two hours left!
