Haven't tried it yet but apparently you can just convert your MS Tweaker install to Steam with no redownload.

It’s weird how there’s not a button on the mission pass screen to buy it. Or do I have to buy a ticket for each slot? The amount of micro transactions in this game is overwhelming.

Yesterday I couldn’t buy anything in Fresh Finds. Has that been fixed?
