I really hate this cartoon because it's that old bullshit "I want to be able to speak freely without being oppressed by that guy" "I want to be able to oppress that guy so he can't speak freely" "Wow both these sides are being so unreasonable." I mean the cartoonist straight up put one of the "Jews will not replace us" guys from the Charlottesville rally in there, how do you pretend that's even remotely equivalent to a minority saying "Yeah I don't want that guy to be able to freely spread his hate." Skelley never had to work a 12-hour shift being yelled at by white soccer moms in SUVs at a drive thru while dying of covid to just barely afford a roach-infested cupboard in the slums, but that's only because he works so hard at his job drawing pictures that call the people who do that lazy, so he feels entitled to their suffering. How else will he know he has gotten his just rewards, if he doesn't have an underclass to compare himself to?
