I saw some cut sprites of them somewhere back when the game released, and ever since I wanted to see them in action yeah, i feel like they ran out of money at like 85% completion and had to cut a bunch of stuff. the game definitely doesnt feel as complete as 1 does. like, its weird that there's no hell temple equivalent and i feel like they needed one more pass on the puzzles. ton of reused assets from 1 too. it's still a stone cold classic but i wish theyd had like another year on it

iirc lunar silver star story had a small voice track thng on the second disc if you plugged it into a cd. maybe i'm thinking of the saturn version though. also it had a warlords clone that you could get on the second disk that was more fun than actually playing lunar silver star story
