Haven't read the thread but I'd love the option to keep gifs as links considering how ginormous they are these days. I can barely view the schadenfreude thread over in pyf on my laptop. Fitting, I guess.

That would probably accomplish what you are looking for. Also, what are the specs of that laptop? Or are you really on 56k?

Hi I know I'm really late to the party here but the one thing SA has always lacked is a way for third-party goon-run sites to be able to authenticate SA users without needing to resort to nonsense like "go add this text to your profile". An SA OAuth endpoint that would let me add a "Log In With Something Awful" button to my secret illuminati website would be awesome.
