The only two channels I can remember is "signals from members of the Outer Wilds" and "signals from weird quantum bullshit" but I think there's a third. Two others: the Hide and Seek channel for the signalscope tutorial in Timber Hearth, and the Distress Signal channel.

You're done. If you beat the main game again, there'll be some extras. Even if you exploit to free him without dying yourself, nothing changes in the real world when you return. Keep in mind the Prisoner is long dead in the real world, just like all the other owls. There was never any hope of saving him there.
