Party Membership is a Democracy, The Weave is Not.

A fledgling vampire? How about a dragon, or some half-kobold druids? Perhaps a spontaneous sex change? Anything that can happen, will happen the results will be beyond entertaining.

Everyone in Hawaii is about to start hating immigrants too!

Yeah the only reason I even watched this season was because they said it was ending with 6

Yeah, but last I heard they're angling for a spinoff.

I will confess,

Yeah, they're doing The Testaments after this, which takes place like 15ish years after the end of the first book and is mostly about Aunt Lydia and June's daughters.

A lot of the stuff people were griping about this season, like Canadians being pissed off about American immigrants and having Gilead moles, comes directly from the book.

ok Lawrence’s proposal to Mrs. Putnam in 509 is loving hilarious

Bradley Whitford owns so much, he’s having a great time and almost single-handedly making this stupid-rear end character work

Finally finished this season and yeah, he's a highlight by somehow selling this character whose motivations and allegiances seen to change with every single scene. What kind of sitcom nonsense is June and Serena in Hawaii even going to be?

Do I Krushchev?

It would be nice if they showed a political side to Canada's turn outside of the protestors. Like a Gilead friendly/anti-refugee leader widespread gaining support.

They just stopped trying to do any worldbuilding that makes sense in this season.

That June had to be talked out of taking her child on that unnecessary mission reinforces how she might be the worst protagonist on tv

Just realized that they're filming the prequel series down the street from me.

These are some really meaty storylines we've endured over the course of 6 seasons and we're being treated to some resounding climatic finishes it would appear. We've come so far, let's review:

Six seasons of June's taken child at the heart of the story finally, maybe, coming to a resolution once they write the line into the script for her to return (or not!?). A couple more teary-eyed heart to hearts should do the trick.

Janine will finally have some solace from the torture porn when Aunt Lydia and her motherly obsession does something to uh....

Empathetic Joseph and Nick as leaders able to undo the brutal fundamentalist regime from the inside? Ah sick island project that's a bit better for human welfare. I don't know what Joseph's angle is but they really want us to like him, but I don't think they realize how at odds it is with how bad this supposed state actually is.

Same for Serena the prop. Finally long overdue for her to regain some normalcy in her life, poor woman. Absolutely love watching her coveted by a new commander. I've really come around to liking her after seasons of watching her being an abusive prick.

Bomb runs and incursive actions, woop-de-doo!

I'm in too deep to stop watching now, goddamnit.

3 episodes in, my angriest moment so far was Janine at a Jezebel's alongside 3 other outcasts from Aunt Lydia's program. And she tells Lydia the best thing she could do was, after a long dramatic pause, "forget me". Instead of I don't know maybe "go suck this next commander's cock". Just aggressively avoiding anything resembling progression.
