im fat and old and disgusting now and from the looks of it i'm gonna be sitting at a computer for the next 60 or so years until i get a blood clot and die of a stroke playing call of duty 54. does anyone have those ball things they sit on for their posture? is it feasable as a long term sitting solution? or should i spend $1200 on a varidesk to preserve what little muscle i have left?
