Personally I liked it better when the forums were slow. Now you can just click on a thread and instantly read posts, where's the fun in that? The slow forums gave you that Christmas-like anticipation as you waited for a page to load, like slowly unwrapping a present. Sometimes you finally open it and there's nothing inside, or maybe a piece of poop. Other times it's a really nice gift. But in the end, it's the anticipation that makes it worthwhile!
