I'm really impressed by Russell to the Warriors since like 3 weeks ago everyone thought sign and trade was dead.

Multiple teams being willing to hard cap themselves before filling out a roster definitely surprises me

Hard cap isn't that big of a deal otherwise you're working with almost no exceptions anyway. It can hurt you somewhat as to which pieces you can grab off the scrap heap but that usually doesn't move the needle a ton anyway.
