Joji ( real name George Miller) combines fresh samples with his signature voice, creating some moody masterpieces. Joji is also culturally significant as he is the first Asian-born hip hop artist to top the billboard Hip Hop/R&B Top 50 when he released his last album.If you were a Youtube denizen for the past 5 years you might have heard of his first creative measure, his Youtube channel and character "Filthy Frank". I never watched his videos but according to a bunch of 16 year olds he was really, really funny. Even if you didnt watch Filthy Frank, you probably saw one of his memes, the viral video "Harlem Shake" craze was started by Joji.  As part of his Filthy Frank channel, he eventually branched out into a bizarre rap character called "Pink Guy". He ends up releasing a real album for Pink Guy that actually receives a bit of buzz. He left behind his original youtube channel and his silly videos, as he was more focused on artistic music and the previous comedy was giving him worse anxiety.
