The wild thing about Holly's hiring is that everyone in the public basically knew there was something up with him. By my count at least 3 owners need to be out of the league by the end of the month, and that's before we get the joint NWSL / NWSLPA investigation that might be even more thorough.

Between the Spanish authorities investigating for sexual assault and FIFA already promising an investigation... one hopes a contemptuous demonstration like this backfires on everyone there, not just Rubiales. Maybe it's naive of me to hope someone does something, but I feel like these assholes are forcing their hand by essentially daring them to do something about it. Hector Bellerin & Borja Iglesias (both at Real Betis) called it out, might see more men's players in solidarity with the women too.
