Extreme Rules Results:
  • Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Finn Bálor (C) on the pre-show to win the Intercontinental Championship. On the pre-show.
  • Drek Gulak (C) retained his Cruiserweight Championship against Tony Nese on the pre-show.
  • Roman Reigns and The Undertaker defeated Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre in the opening match of the main card. Taker and Roman dominated until Elias hit Taker with a guitar from behind, allowing Shane to hit a top rope elbow drop through the announce table and the Coast to Coast in the ring. Roman took out Elias at ringside with the Superman Punch and Undertaker did the Zombie Situp and chokeslammed Shane and Elias.
  • There was a GREAT shot of Drew rising up into frame behind Taker to attack him, only for Roman to Spear him as he went for the Claymore Kick. Taker tombstoned Shane (who didn't go up properly the first time, Taker recovered well by acting like he was toying with him) and got the pinfall win. Taker and Roman had a show of respect postmatch and Taker did the kneel pose, which the crowd was pleased to see.
  • Seth and Becky were interviewed backstage about potentially both losing their titles in the main event, but they were confident of victory.
  • There'll be another nostalgia Raw - Raw Reunion - coming up next week, with a variety of old stars returning.
  • The Revival (C) defeated The Usos to retain their Raw Tag Team Titles. The match was fine but felt like it hadn't really gotten out of first gear when the (well constructed) ending happened. The Usos were going for a stereo suicide dive but one was hauled out of the ring, the Revival hit a blind tag while fighting in a corner and then hit the Shatter Machine to get the win.
  • Aleister Black defeated Cesaro in a singles match. In what was a surprise to nobody, the match was really loving good.
  • R-Truth and Carmella were backstage sticking up fliers trying to find 24/7 Champion Drake Maverick. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross popped out of the women's locker room and Truth screamed a whisper in Alexa's ear asking if "Hornswoggle" was in there. She said he was and Truth tried to go in, but Carmella pulled him away.
  • Bliss gave Nikki a shirt as a gift, and Street Profits showed up asking if they could join the party when Alexa wins the title. They mocked the idea that Alexa would be co-champion with Nikki if she beats Bayley though, and Nikki shouted at them and she and Alexa left together.
  • Bayley (C) retained her Smackdown Women's Championship in a handicap match against Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. Alexa and Nikki worked without any apparent issue but Bayley got her knees up on the Twisted Bliss, took out Nikki with a knee and then the big Elbow Drop to pin Nikki. Nikki was upset after the match but while Alexa was too she didn't lash out or attack Nikki.
  • BRAUN! returned after a two week absence for his Last Man Standing match with Bobby Lashley. They fought through the crowd, up the stairs and onto the concourse, BRAUN! suplexing Lashley into the merch stand at one point. They then fought back to ringside where Lashley slammed BRAUN! through the ringside barricade.
  • Lashley dumped an announce table onto BRAUN! who managed to wriggle out from under to beat the 10 count. Lashley did a pretty crazy leap over the barricade but BRAUN! caught him and just hurled him through the foreign language announce table (and Funaki!). They fought back up into the crowd again and BRAUN! powerslammed Lashley through a raised platform into some random cube/box that happened to be there. This caused the referee to count for both on the ground outside the box despite the fact he couldn't see either competitor. BRAUN! burst through the wall of the raised platform like the Kool-Aid man with a roar, while Lashley was counted out and BRAUN! was the Last Man Standing. The crowd was going nuts for this match by the end.
  • AJ Styles and The Good Brothers were interviewed backstage about Ricochet and the United States Title, which AJ was positive he was going to win.
  • The New Day defeated Heavy Machinery and Bryan/Rowan (C) to become the new Smackdown Tag Team Champions. The match was good and the ending was superb, with BIG E firing up out of the Yes Kicks and daring Daniel Bryan to slap the poo poo out of him before clotheslining him inside out and catching him OUT OF MIDAIR on a backflip which allowed he and Xavier to hit a double team and get the pin. Xavier screamed afterwards that now New Day had ALL the titles.
  • Xavier and BIG E were celebrating with Kofi Kingston backstage and were about to be interviewed when Paul Heyman strode by, grabbing the mic and going out to do a promo about Brock Lesnar, Philadelphia and "the whole concept of being Extreme". He promised that Brock absolutely will cash in his Money in the Bank contract tonight because Heyman isn't leaving the former home of ECW without either the WWE Championship or the Universal title. Afterwards he admitted maybe he was just bullshitting them about everything because he's Paul Heyman.
  • AJ Styles defeated Ricochet (C) to win the United States Championship. The Good Brothers interfered at the start of the match, then largely left them alone to wrestle till getting involved towards the end again, allowing AJ to hit the second turnbuckle Styles Clash on Ricochet and get the pin. The crowd was surprisingly cold for this match.
  • Kevin Owens defeated Dolph Ziggler in less than 30 seconds, hitting him with the Stunner after Dolph got in his face and pinning him. He then grabbed a mic and said nobody was around to cut him off anymore, so he cut a promo about how Shane McMahon could kiss his rear end and go straight to hell.
  • Kofi Kingston (C) defeated Samoa Joe to retain his WWE Championship. Joe largely dominated the match and Kofi's win kinda felt like it came out of nowhere.
  • During the ring entrance for Lacey Evans, she bent over and the camera zoomed right in on her rear end ("Ew" said Renee immediately). They tried to sell this as psychological warfare because she had Seth's name written on her shorts, but it was straight up just an rear end shot like something out of New Japan.
  • The match started and Lacey tried to hit Seth with a kendo stick, and when she got caught she tried to seduce him (ugh) so Becky came in and beat the poo poo out of her with a kendo stick, Seth joining in on Corbin.
  • The crowd duelling chanted (and during the Kofi match too) "WE WANT LESNAR!" "NO WE DON'T!"
  • Seth and Corbin spilled outside and Becky and Lacey fought for a bit (Lacey hit a really good moonsault) but Becky came out on top, tagging in Seth who realized he couldn't fight Lacey even though there are no DQs. So instead he got Becky to help him set up a couple of tables at ringside, but they took too long and both got taken out by Corbin and Lacey.
  • They tried to put Seth through one of the tables but Becky helped him turn it around into a double suplex. They set up Lacey and Corbin on the tables and then Becky did a legdrop through the table onto Lacey, and Seth did a splash through the table onto Corbin. Seth took Corbin into the ring but he hit Seth with the Deep Six and End of Days, but Becky broke up the pin.
  • Corbin hit Becky with the End of Days and Seth lost his mind, grabbing a kendo stick and chair and just beating the poo poo out of Corbin, then hitting him with three Curb Stomps in a row. Lacey Evans saw him going nuts and got the gently caress out of dodge, she wanted nothing to do with it. Seth pinned Corbin and won the match, retain he and Becky's respective titles.
  • Brock Lesnar's music hit and he came out with Paul Heyman and cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase. Seth tried to fight but Brock easily suplexed him, F5ed him, and pinned him to win back the Universal Championship to end the show.

Raw Results:
  • The show opened with "new" Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman coming out to brag about how Heyman warned everybody Brock would cash in at Extreme Rules. Heyman announced that Brock's challenger at Summerslam would be determined in a 10 man battle royal tonight with: Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, BIG E, Cesaro, BRAUN!, Rey Mysterio, Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn, Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns.
  • Heyman warned Roman to ask his buddy Seth if he REALLY wanted to win, claiming that Brock had turned Seth from a stud into a gelding, then explaining to the audience what a gelding is. He warned everybody that if they ever tried to fight Brock Lesnar, they'd be risking their health, welfare and manhood because they're all Brock's bitches.
  • Ricochet came to the ring, passing by Brock on the way out. Maybe Ricochet will get to be one of the talented wrestlers who gets to put in a really good effort against Brock before he beats them with a single F5 to REALLY make it impressive when Roman Reigns kicks out of one?
  • Ricochet and the Usos defeated Robert Roode (who now has a full beard again) and The Revival in a 2 out of 3 Falls match. The first and second fall came at 30 seconds and 3 minutes respectively. After the commercial break, they brawled for a few minutes before Ricochet pinned Robert Roode with "The Recoil" (Codebreaker) and 630 for the win.
  • AJ Styles and The Good Brothers came down to ringside and everything devolved into a massive brawl with people hitting finishers all over the place until AJ/Karl/Gallows got the upper hand and were the last group left standing.
  • The Viking Raiders "love to plunder and take out their opponents!" Cole informed us as the former NXT Tag Team stood backstage doing nothing.
  • The Viking Raiders defeated Vinny Grunner and Jackson James (not Eric Bischoff's kid) in a tag match.
  • Michael Cole informed everybody of the utterly meaningless statistic that Extreme Rules was the Number One Trend on Twitter last night.
  • Drew McIntyre encountered a group of faces backstage including Finn Balor, No Way Jose, the Street Profits and Cedric Alexander. Drew was furious at Cedric and warned him he was going to brutally murder him in a match, perhaps as revenge for.... Drew and Shane beating Cedric last week in a match?
  • Before the match, Drew explained the reason he was mad at Cedric was because he wanted to know who he was beating before he beat them.
  • Cedric Alexander, who Drew now knows, defeated Drew in a match.
  • Finn Balor did a promo to camera about how he isn't going to dwell on the past and let losing to Shinsuke bother him, he planned to go through Samoa Joe in a match. Samoa Joe appeared on camera and declared he was waiting in the ring to hand Balor another loss.
  • After an interview with Roman Reigns about various things that happened to him this week, Samoa Joe handed Balor another loss despite getting his rear end kicked for most of the match. Afterwards he put Balor into the Coquina Clutch but Balor slipped out and kicked Joe's rear end some more and made him run away because apparently WWE are really testing that theory that Joe can get anything over.
  • Luckily, just in case Finn Balor might have accidentally gotten over in that segment, the lights went out and Bray Wyatt appeared and took out Balor with the Sister Abigail.
  • Drake Maverick and his wife checked into a hotel under the name Mr. and Mrs. 24/7 Champion. Drake was excited he would finally get to consummate the marriage (Vince McMahon wheezes for breath, extending an arm and begging Drake to stop, it's just so funny, it's such good poo poo!) and bribed the concierge to get them the best room. Truth showed up shortly after and bribed the concierge for a buck to tell him where "Hornswoggle" was.
  • The Street Profits did their narration segment, suggesting Drake is a virgin (Vince hammers the desk with one fist, redfaced with laughter) but also that he might have a big dick (Vince loses all interest). They gave their picks for the Women's match and the 10-Man Battle Royal.
  • Zack Ryder defeated Mike Kanellis in 5 seconds after the referee refused to let Maria fight Zack instead because she had a better chance than Mike did of winning. Postmatch she said her unborn child stood a better chance of winning than a loser like Mike.
  • Mike Kanellis will have to suffer this humiliation and then go home and dab his tears with the 2.5 million dollars his wife grifted Vince McMahon out of.
  • Shane McMahon is planning a "Town Hall" on Smackdown so the roster (and whatever Raw people just happen to be there) can get everything off their chest.
  • The Club (AJ/Anderson/Gallows) defeated Lucha House Party in front of a dead crowd who only woke up for Ricochet attacking AJ out of nowhere and security dragging him away. AJ submitted Kalisto with the Calf Crusher and then glared into the camera which the crowd actually reacted to more than anything else in the match.
  • Seth Rollins was interviewed and said he was hurt, but more from no longer being Champion than anything else. He talked up how touch Becky is but said he wasn't sure if she was in any condition to be here tonight. He promised to fight and beat anybody until he got to get another shot at Brock Lesnar.
  • Becky showed up literally one segment after her boyfriend said he didn't know if she'd be there, to watch the Women's Fatal Fourway.
  • Nattie defeated Alexa Bliss, Naomi and Carmella in a Fatal-Fourway Elimination Match. Carmella was eliminated by Alexa first, and Alexa later attempted to pin Nattie while Nattie had Naomi up in a surfboard (that's pretty cool!). Nikki was at ringside just loving everything Alexa did but the crowd hated the match and began chanting,"THIS IS AWFUL!", cheering only when Nattie pinned Naomi which meant they were closer to the match ending. After a commercial break, Nikki grabbed a mic and began arguing with the crowd to cheer for Alexa, which livened everything up until the crowd fell back on old dueling chants for Cena and calls of,"GOLDBERRRRG!". Nattie finally submitted Alexa with the sharpshooter and the crowd popped with relief.
  • Becky will defend her title at Summerslam against Nattie. She got into the ring with Nattie and warned her that being friends meant nothing, if Nattie doesn't step up then Becky will wipe the floor with her. Nattie promised to pull the horseshoe out of Becky's rear end and kick the hell out of her.
  • Randy Orton declared he was going to win the Battle Royal tonight.
  • Dolph Ziggler was on MizTV where he and Miz rapidly zipped through arguing over Miz being a sellout and Ziggler being a loser. They started fighting and Ziggler ran away.
  • It was basically insinuated that after the break we'd get to see Drake Maverick gently caress his wife.
  • Drake was naked except for the 24/7 title, but the champagne was brought to the ring by a referee and he realized he was in danger. Truth pinned Drake with a crossbody on the bed to become the new 24/7 Champion. Again.
  • After 10 minutes of entrances (including Brock coming out with a chair to watch), the Battle Royal started.
  • Cesaro looked really impressive and, of course, was eliminated first by Lashley. Also he lost on the PPV but Aleister Black wasn't in the match? Lashley was promptly eliminated by BRAUN! He and BIG E faced off and BIG E hit BRAUN! with the Big Ending, only to be eliminated following Orton's RKO by Sami Zayn. Zayn got RKOed and 619ed to be eliminated. Roman then ALSO got RKOed and 619ed but was NOT eliminated. Corbin tossed out Rey Mysterio and Orton ate a Superman Punch and fell THROUGH the ropes.
  • Roman, Seth and BRAUN! teamed up and eliminated Corbin. Roman immediately Speared Seth and began brawling with BRAUN!, and a recovered Seth tossed them both out. He thought he'd won but Orton returned to the ring. They fought, teasing eliminations until Seth finally hit the Curbstomp and tossed Orton out to win the match.
  • Heyman started to do a promo mocking Seth for winning the opportunity to get brutalized by Brock again, but Seth shut him up and screamed at Brock to come fight him right now, promising to make Summerslam a repeat of Wrestlemania where he stomped his head into the mat and beat him for the title. Brock made to leave but came back when Seth demanded he fight now, approaching the ring and smacking the apron with his chair before turning and leaving as the show went off the air.

Smackdown Results:
  • Shane McMahon and Security met with Kevin Owens before the show started and warned him he was banned from the building this evening.
  • Shane McMahon came to the ring and called the entire Smackdown roster out onto the stage, offering them open mics in a "Town Hall Meeting" to speak about any issues they might have. Roman Reigns stepped up to the mic and told Shane to kiss his rear end, and got fined.
  • Charlotte Flair praised Shane and then got into an argument with Liv Morgan. Buddy Murphy who was one of those named by Owens as being overshadowed by Shane said that Owens should keep his name out of his mouth, impressing Shane. Apollo Crews was also mentioned and said he agreed with Owens, only to get challenged to a fight by... Zelina Vega? Elias tried to speak but New Day cut him off, so Shane cut their mics and declared the Town Hall was over.
  • Cesaro grabbed a mic and said he had nothing to say to Shane, but he did have something to say to Aleister Black, this time challenging him to answer Cesaro's challenge for a match tonight. Shane agreed, and then Kevin owens ran in out of the crowd and hit Shane with another Stunner.
  • Shock of shocks, Aleister Black and Cesaro had another really good match, with Black again getting the win over Cesaro.
  • Dolph Ziggler approached Shane backstage and said he wanted to be the one to take Owens out. Shane said Owens had already left but Ziggler promised he could make the match happen.
  • A post-Extreme Rules promo cut by Daniel Bryan was aired, in which a furious Bryan promised to make a career changing decision and go someplace he'd never gone before.
  • Charlotte Flair defeated Liv Morgan in a singles match. Morgan at least put up a fight before submitting to the Figure 8. Postmatch, Liv made her way to the commentary table, grabbed Graves' headset and said Flair was right and she needed to go away for a bit and then come back "real".
  • Dolph Ziggler got a referee to give him Kevin Owens' phone number.
  • Mandy Rose and Sonya DeVille were ready to face Ember Moon and whatever tag partner she could scrape up, so Ember got Women's Champion Bayley! Ember and Bayley won the match and afterwards Bayley expressed relief that she didn't have to deal with Alexa Bliss anymore and now she wanted to take the Women's title to a greater level. So she was offering a title shot to Ember Moon, so was thrilled to accept.
  • Shinsuke Nakamura was interviewed in the back and said he planned to reign chaos (CHAOS!?! Toru Yano!?!) on Smackdown. He turned a disdainful look on Mustafa Ali, who stepped up to congratulate him on winning the title.
  • The New Day came out, joyously celebrating not only Kofi retaining the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules but BIG E and Xavier winning the tag titles for the 6th time for their stable. They offered Daniel Bryan and Rowan an immediate rematch if they wanted it.
  • Bryan and Rowan came out, then left, then came out, then left, then came out again. Bryan raised a mic... then dropped it and walked out again.
  • Samoa Joe came out and said that if Bryan wasn't in the mood to challenge for the titles, then he would step up and challenge Kofi for another shot. Elias came out to his theme music (wait, he has theme music?) and tried to stake a claim, but then Randy Orton came out and said he wanted the shot. Elias was the voice of reason, noting that they couldn't ALL have title matches, but the three of them could take on the entire New Day, which New Day happily accepted.
  • "Nah, I'm good," said Orton and walked away.
  • Kofi mocked Orton, goading him into accepting the match.
  • Orton, Samoa Joe and Elias defeated The New Day in a 6-man Tag, with Kofi hitting the Trouble in Paradise on Elias only to take an RKO from Orton who then pinned the WWE Champion.
  • Carmella found 24/7 Champion R-Truth hidden in a washing machine (of course) and she helped him out, and suggested they go to Comic-Con so he can hide in plain sight wearing a costume. Truth was angry at being called a Con, claiming he did his time.
  • After a commercial break, The Kabuki Warriors were already in the ring and then the IIconics came out and apparently it was time for a title match!
  • The IIconics almost immediately got themselves counted out and celebrated retaining their titles. Asuka and Kairi were pissed and kicked their asses.
  • Apollo Crews defeated Andrade in a singles match, much to Andrade and ESPECIALLY Zelina's shock, since she was the one who challenged Apollo in the first place.
  • Kevin Owens had a match against Dolph Ziggler. To the surprise of only Kevin Owens, Shane McMahon lead a group of heels down to the ring and surrounded it, and Ziggler almost scored a surprise win after hittin the Zig Zag.
  • Owens hit the Stunner on Ziggler but as he went for the pin, Shane McMahon pulled him out of the ring.... so Owens hit him with yet another Stunner and then cheesed it out of there as the heels at ringside chased after him.
  • Shane was interviewed at ringside and grunted that Owens was gonna pay, staggering to his feet and walking out under his own steam with Drew McIntyre at his side.
  • Ziggler, who was hit with the Stunner BEFORE Shane, remained laid out unmoving in the ring the entire time.

Nah, they said they'd be fighting on this week's Smackdown.

When was this said? Paige just said it would happen "at a future date".

I'm not making a fucking QCS thread for this but seriously can we take a harder stance on Kiwifarms freaks like this guy, Jesus Christ seriously, you used to be better at knocking these creeps down. I guess ADTRW mods aren't responsible like GBS mods are.

Billie & Peyton were on WWE Watchalong most of the show. They dunked on Sam Roberts and seemed to be in love with Adam Cole (bay bay). Watchalong is THE place if you wanna see IIconics, Dana Brooke, or Liv Morgan these days.
They shouldn't have ever had the tag team belts if they weren't planning on using them. Can't tell if Vince just got bored immediately or used them to trick Sasha and Bayley into being happy for a week

Unless WWE forgets the stipulation attached (which isn't unlikely because WWE), Lacey can no longer challenge for the title now that her team lost the match.

WWE will forget or just outright ignore the stip because they do not give a gently caress.

Do you want to know what we do to artists?

I was positive that they announced on the last Smackdown that Kabuki Warriors were supposed to be facing them at Extreme Rules, did I just imagine that?

They told the Iiconics that they were going to get their title match...eventually!
