Huh. I was going to post about MangaDex starting to show chapters for the Egoist/Stardus superhero isekai (IIRC I Became The Villain The Hero Is Obsessed With), but I think they got disappeared. If they come back, then plusses are a contemporary world with a limited MC, and no obligatory slavery chapter. The minus is the MC becomes OP indirectly through harem trash that dilutes how much time the eponymous hero gets in the story. I think that's enough without spoiling.
