Guess how long he keeps that up.

About 10 steps?

Globally Britain isn't that far away and yet is it so bizarrely different.

The Storror guys took on another of Tom's straight line challenges. Watching a bunch of people whose skills usually leave me in awe making a complete mess of it makes me appreciate just how good Tom is at what he does.

You mess with the crabbo...

Watching people push their way through gorse hedgerows is a good way to wind down the weekend :unsmith:

Also, it's a pretty fun setup to have the two attempts just close enough that they could eventually see each other in the distance, that's gotta affect how you pace yourself.

e: lol, and what an ending

If you want something to watch while waiting for the next straight line or similar I can highly recommend Ed Pratt. He is not quite Geowizard levels but has a similar, if dorkier, vibe.

Link to his current series from last summer when he travelled across the entire diagonal of Latvia along a hiking trail, with a unicycle:

He has a bunch of other series like tandem biking, camping, following a river from source to sea and of course his first series where he spent 3+ years unicycling around the world:

(the quality improves a lot during the trip)

Funny thing, the Fieldhouses, GeoWizard's "rivals", recently redid an Ed Pratt adventure and kept dunking on him for skipping parts.

Speaking of GeoWizard, remember when he kicked a football across England and one of his companions was a ginger dude nicknamed Hardest Geezer?

Well, Hardest Geezer finished a 16000 km run across Africa today: https://www.bbc.com/sport/athletics/68737828
I followed his adventures on Youtube as well and I'm a bit sad they've come to an end, but it has been epic.
