Saying just trade off your best players is one thing actually pulling it off is uhhhhhhhh I was trying to sell nearly an entire team starting before last year's draft and didn't get anything done till this year. Well I've moved my other league over to sleeper from espn. There's still no import function so you need someone to manually populate the rosters. If y'all want to make the switch I'll volunteer to do it.

We could set a 24 hour draft clock and start soon as the league fills. Long as people pay attention and don't milk the clock we could get it done before the season. Sleeper has some weird quirks here and there with stuff it will let you do on mobile vs the website. Still the best dynasty platform around even with those.
