oh i want to add a fitted bite guard from a dentist is super great if you grind your teeth at night or clench your jaw while sleeping i tried to cheap it when i was younger and those things are uncomfortable and i chewed through one (!!!), its worth paying for a good one for both fit and durability and you feel a bit like youre about to go in the ring with apollo creed before going to sleep

woo nice trackballing I switched to the elecom pro after deciding resoldering switches for my old logitech trackman wireless wasnt worth the time and costs. i feel pretty glad to see it last long enough to be discontinued and join the ranks of septuple priced 1 in stock amazon trackballs of yore the thumb ones are hard for me to use though and the mouse bounces around like i have a sudden bout of thumb tremors

idk, being in my 30s and dating was pretty good for me since the pool of people filtered out some obvious bad life choices types at that range i also got a lot more flirting than expected when I was out at bars. i think not caring much made it easier for my personality to show through c old s: tweaked my neck last week sitting funny in my office chair, then again this week. the second time was from sleeping with the dog on the couch and it took a full day to actually bother me

c neck s: kept pulling different muscle a bit in new areas, after pulling one bad enough to need a day off a few weeks ago, but i turned to look at something on a boat today and the spot bothering me made a weird rubbery pop and its fine
