had sinus bullshit for a couple of weeks, was waiting for it to clear. woke up with a swollen uvula and one ear doing some low grade ringing and hurting. telehealth wrote me two antibiotics so i'll be on the mend soon but it sure was nicer when this didn't happen every other winter.

other than some puking when i had the flu, last time i puked was after going up a long switchback incline riding my bike. i had a decent lunch at the cafe next to the trail perhaps a half hour previous and my heart rate was maxed out. i figure my body puked it up because it thought it was running for it's loving life and needed to reduce weight.
