im reading this book (again) and read about thyroid function

then I looked up hypothyroidisim and I hecka hit some of the symptoms: overweight, depression, low heart rate, dry skin

im now getting a blood test on tuesday and hoping I have it so I can lose a bunch of weight without any effort and become studly and buffed with a simple pill. what could go wrong

it worked for me.

standard metabolic panels usually look for thyroid function but it never hurts to ask.

the medical tests are required for immigration so you aren’t a burden on the public health care system.

they are making sure your pissing is up to the country's standard.

I know what you mean, I stepped in a pothole a year ago and got a great case of plantar fasciitis; my foot didn't even hurt until the next day and after that it was like I was that game meme of the guy who caught an arrow in the foot or something, the pain was fairly constant and excruciating..

Was actually referred to a podiatrist / sport doctor who showed me how to tape my foot properly, had to wear the boot at night, and a few months later I'm like 90% pain free but it comes back to haunt me if I twist it just wrong, or if I get up too fast, or the sun comes up that day

it's not too bad, there is some bruising and swelling, but nothing dramatic.

i'm looking forward to playing the game of "is this going to be better in a week, or is this just something i have to live around forever" though.

other than some puking when i had the flu, last time i puked was after going up a long switchback incline riding my bike.

i had a decent lunch at the cafe next to the trail perhaps a half hour previous and my heart rate was maxed out.

i figure my body puked it up because it thought it was running for it's loving life and needed to reduce weight.
