It's still funny to me Utd looked at their squad and decided to sell Lukaku and are still trying to get rid of Alexis.

They're bad though, would rather play Greenwood or Gomes

Giggs is the obvious answer, caretaker "until the summer", then he gets a great start so they give him the permanent job but results tail off and they finish in the Europa League places. A disappointing transfer window in the summer leads to more and more youth getting involved in the first team and they go into next season with a front line of James, Greenwood, and Rashford. The poor results continue and eventually Giggs is sacked at Christmas. Nicky Butt is the obvious answer...

Everybody overlooks Michael Carrick :(

Shaw and especially Matic are abysmal.

I see no reason to not be playing Williams and Garner ahead of them, even if they're no better (they are) they at least have the potential to improve.

Greenwood on to rescue a point after 70 minutes.

So Maguire is starting despite having a muscle injury in his hip.

That seems like a smart thing to do. United's injury management is absolutely awful at the moment, players playing with injuries, coming back too soon and every time just making things worse.

Who else is there? No central defenders on the bench.

Pogba's played about three games all season, McTominay is also dead now and so is Rashford. Martial also missed a big chunk earlier in the season, meaning we were playing Rashford up top and looking less threatening.

Letting Herrera go with no replacement was the move that felt dumbest at the time last summer. But it still might have been ok without two of our first choice midfield being out for several months. Losing Lukaku and Sanchez without bringing anyone in left us very light up front and relied on Greenwood stepping up (which he has) and us not getting any major injuries (oh.)

Four first teamers being injured for significant time (often simultaneously) is tough for most teams to deal with, and our squad is nothing like deep enough to cope. Pereira and Matic in particular are just not good enough to be playing the majority of our games.

Saha’s entire career is basically one purple patch for Fulham where he scored 27 league goals for Fulham in what is now the championship. This amounts to almost a quarter of his entire career league goals

I think he scored against United at Old Trafford the season after Fulham went up (maybe twice?) and then we bought him and he played about ten games per season but those ten games were p. deece

Pogba needs to start the next game, United looked a totally different side after he came on. Also play Greenwood over James, he's five times the footballer already.

Disappointing to only get a point, but at the same time relieved to get anything after going a goal down.

A decent night for Dean Henderson.
