I've been trying these seltzer waters for a while now in attempt to cut back on soda. It's taken about a year but I've finally somewhat acquired the taste for it. About the only flavor I actually like is Strawberry Bubly.

I've tried La Croix, Klarbrunn, Bubly and various private label brands. I realize the flavor isn't gonna be strong with no sweeteners, but what are your go to brands/flavors for this stuff?

This is a metaphor, a Christian allegory. The fact that I have to explain to you that Jesus is the Warthog, and the Banana is drepanocytosis is just embarrassing for you.

San Pellegrino blood orange and Clearly Canadian (any flavor). That's it.

Someone on twitter or whatever said that La Croix tastes like someone yelling a flavor at you from another room and that's pretty apt. It doesn't taste like anything, it vaguely smells like a fruit and that's it.

This pretty much exactly describes the majority of the ones I've tried.

I'll give San Pellegrino a try I think.

The San Pellegrino prickly pear is p. good too, but the blood orange is definitely the standout. Not the regular orange (which isn't bad, just boring).

La Croix is only good for complementing a good gin. Like the pamplemousse with Hendrick's Midsummer is solid, because it adds a smell of grapefruit without taking away from the gin. But on it's own it's gross (not the gin, the gin is solid).

Spindrift my friend. Spindrift is the answer to the question. They use real fruit to flavor and the bubble ratio is spot on. It has ruined all other Seltzer.

San Pellegrino blood orange is not a sparkling water, it's a "sparkling fruit beverage", and it's 140 calories a can.

It is delicious though.

Polar has some good ones, raspberry lemonade, orange vanilla, the black cherry tastes like a Cherry Coke without sweetners imo

La Croix has some of those crazy ones like pineapple strawberry and watermelon kiwi, both are good

They're pretty good OP

Edit: la Croix has a "Cola" one that is impossible to find in stores but I ordered it online out of curiosity and it tastes like the generic cola flavoring in cheap candy without sugar and tbh I enjoyed it, Kroger has store brand ones with cola, Dr. Pepper, and root beer and they all tasted like candy equivalents

Polar has some great year-round flavors (blueberry lemonade, cherry limeade), and they have seasonal flavors. If they don't bring back Blackberry Bergamot this winter I swear to God:argh:

La Croix coconut doesn't take of nothing, because it tastes loving awful.

Get plain carbonated water and put a single drop of mint oil in it. Or don't even bother with carbonation, flat mint water is good too, and that way it costs about a penny a liter.

yeah you should be able to find it by the la croix at most grocery stores. the actual fruit they use means it's not 0 calorie but it's like 10-60 per can

Polar has nice flavors, I like Perrier too, the apple and strawberry ones are nice. I also just drink unflavored seltzer.

A lot of the time you just need to adjust your tastebuds to a drink that's flavorful, but not sweet. seltzer water on a hot day is amazing
