Theory is absolutely jack poo poo because they don't have the specifics of the case and every case is all about the specifics. At this point it means pretty much nothing. I remember when Lawyer twitter were celebrating because the case was definitely not even going to make it past the first hurdle. It really wasn't that long ago.
