          Right, so dude named Garrett got butthurt about getting turned down by a waitress, he went on a rant on Facebook calling the service industry people "Peasant-rear end servants", the service industry folks responded and plotted, Garrett tried to double down and made the tactical error of announcing where he was going to go do some drinking this weekend because he has to be an Internet Tough Guy. Said establishment saw the post and banned him Then the meme-ing began as the community began to make fun of him and someone remembered an interesting fact of his history. The sort of thing that sticks in your mind. Garrett poo poo his pants in a public restroom and left them there. And Saddle Up, the place where he was going to drink, has evidently customized a dartboard and they're holding a fun event next Friday to celebrate and show their opinion of Garrett after he gave them the shoutout.

We really don't have a lot of cop cars patrolling the road, I can go months without ever seeing a cop. They're not something you really expect to see very often, so if you were up to some automotive skylarking, you'd have a pretty decent expectation of getting away with it.

Unless the lane is clearly marked for left turns you can only use the furthest left lane for turning. Doing what the driver did here holds up anyone wanting to turn right / go straight and will lose you points off your license and money from your bank account if you get caught.
