Funnest fact I've learned: you can report unsafe drivers to your local DMV. Search for 'report unsafe driver dmv' for how to do so in your state. In the very least, the DMV will ask the person to take some sort of 'Driver Reexamination Test' to see if they can still safely drive. This might include eye exams in addition to driving exams. Most of the time it should be confidential and anonymous, and you should totally request this if you see incredibly elderly drivers with scraped up cars. Hopefully these people arne't still driving with suspended licenses, but eh, there's only so much you can do. Snitching is bad, but vehicular slaughter is worse. Sorry to continue the derail.

Maybe they're very much aware of how race plays into that kinda situation and if that black man did do anything, he would be harassed by the police and not the young white men doing the actual harassing. Frankly we should send all children ages 10-18 to the work in the acid mines. This would solve everything. We live in a Society that needs more acid mines.
