In Denmark part of your training is to drive on to a skid-ready surface and then yank the handbrake, to experience in safe conditions how hosed you will be if you do something stupid. I think I managed a pretty sweet 360 when I did it, but my neck can STILL feel the forces applied when I think about it.

A good way to teach you that you should be careful on the road and that if you really gently caress up, you can't save yourself, your only choice is to NEVER gently caress things up that badly.
