I was over at a friend's house one time when he was checking his emails and got the ol' "Your Blizzard account has been compromised, please update your info at the link below or your WoW saves will be deleted!" and I had to fuckin' talk him down from going ahead with it. He'd even opened up the link and was trying to convince me that it was a legit site because he knew what the official Blizzard page looked like and this was exactly the same! And all the links on the page lead to actual Blizzard pages! In the end I had to get him to go to the genuine Blizzard page, log onto his account and check whether they'd sent him any messages, and then look at the other page and note that the url was similar but different. It would have been understandable if he was 12 but he's in his mid 30s.
