If you activate wishclaw talisman while your Teferi's bounce ability is on the stack, the bounce still resolves because it doesn't leave play when it changes control, right? Seems pretty good for esper control, or is it too slow?

Staggering insight made me want to try an Azorious tempo deck along the lines of the old mono blue tempo. Alseid of life's bounty can (mostly) do the same job as siren stormtamer, you get to use Teferi and brazen borrower works well, but not having spell pierce hurts, and so does the key enchantment being more expensive. Has anyone else tried this?
