Is it possible to full control to draw with Throne of Death before it mills at the start of your turn? Or do your lands untap after it mills?

Any advice which deck I should go with for this sealed pool? The idea is to ramp into Unnatural Growth and Storm the Festival. I was originally going to do B/G and splash white for the rares, but then I'd be missing out on a ton of removal in red. The rest of the green cards don't seem that good, so should I just make a boros samurai deck?
