Previously, I was a binge drinker and averaged about 20 drinks a week, typically beer. Usually felt like poo poo 4 days a week because I'm old and the hangovers loving blow. This year, I did a dry January and haven't stopped. Went completely sober for 3 months before I started smoking weed again. Lost 15 pounds, got a gorgeous weirdo girlfriend and just got an amazing review at work. The lesson in all of this? Smoke weed every day.
