The function of Potemkin Buster is to punish people for blocking when you're not attacking, so you have to condition your opponent to block a lot before it becomes really strong.

Trying to F.D.B. Ky's fast projectile is usually not worth it in my experience. In that matchup I mostly rely on other options, like going over it with Megafist. I rarely remember F.D.B. exists, actually, since it's by far the most situational move on Pot's list.
