the fact that the prequals have resulted in an aboslutely massive amount of successful expanded universe content while the OT expanded universe stuff is some of the worst science fantasy ever to exist certainly is a fascinating phenomenon. the clone wars cartoons are some of the best serialized war fiction ever made imo
