I've restarted my phone, restarted the game, re-installed the game, but those haven't solved it. So I have bad luck catching a darkrai above 2100+ CP, really only seem to get the dregs here. I did however find out that I can get my 80% one to a flat 2500 sweet spot for Ultra League PvP. Is it worth powering it up to that point, or would I just be burning away my dust? Will there be any difference from the 'ideal' one with like 94% IVs or whatever with the same exact CP
