Dude is far too jacked for that costume. It's Wayne Brady for sure.

I think the costume is hiding enough of the musculature that it still could be him. The outfit is real loose.

Yeah, that's probably the result, but if it was up to me, I'd swap Fox and Flamingo there. She's been killing it.
