I make the food for a tailgating bus of drunk people every spring. lately it's been on/around May 5th so everyone insists on a taco and nacho bar. ground beef, shredded chicken, black beans, Mexican rice, taco dip and a million toppings/fixings/cookie trays etc. before that it was brats, pulled pork, cheesy potatoes. it's a lot of work but it's a fun time, ama about cooking a tailgate for 50-150 people
