well i got to hiisibase. had wand that double casted balls of booze and fire immunity + shield. that combo was amazing. enemies got drunk and quite often the booze would light up burning em.

Unless you roll the +30 mana thing which can make some spells infinitive even on low regen wand. rest of stats can be safely ignored. something like 0.05 cast delay wand is crazy good even if its inaccurate. The main thing early game is finding chainsaw/drill or lightsaber. because those things will lower the cast delay by a lot.
