I just figure they're all working so hard they aren't really thinking clearly, at least for the thing where they celebrate a lap early. Getting beat on the line because you've thrown your hands up is hard to explain but always funny so I'm in favor of it.

The actual rule is apparently: "The rider shall normally assume a sitting position on the bicycle. This position requires that the only points of support are the following: the feet on the pedals, the hands on the handlebars and the seat on the saddle." Seems completely objective and I’m sure will never lead to controversy.

Pog is probably doped to the gills but so is every other professional athlete and at least he's fun to watch. The years of a final selection of 10 guys riding up a mountain with 4 sky riders on the front neutralizing everything were just incredibly boring and I'll take this any day.

Looked like Remco was trying to get away on the final climb but Colbrelli was able to hang on. Once that happened he was basically out of options if we wanted on the podium

I mean he won the Grio this year and finished top 10 in the Vuelta, I don't think it's fair to say he's fading just yet. If he can get his back right there's plenty of time to chase some more wins given that he's only 24. Not sure ISN is the place to do it but  Maybe he just misses Froomey
