My biggest disappointment so far is that it's all about UFO's and for some reason I thought it was about chupacabras and poo poo. I bet that comes later

The chupacabra episode is halfway through season 4.

 I’m the rear end in a top hat who has no problem with any episode from start to finish. All 11 seasons. I love ‘em all. Yeah, even the widely hated “Space”.

I am only in season 2 and it's the worst so far. Apparently the really bad episodes are yet to come.

If you’re looking for “resolution” you better quit right now. Or else you got a miserable (awesome) 9 seasons to go. The entire series is a cliffhanger.

Apologies for sounding like a dick. I applaud you for making an x-files thread as it’s my favorite show. I just hope you enjoy it as much as I do. There are ups and downs in quality from show to show but overall it’s a good ride.
