Sadly the american womens division is weak as WWE did buy most of the outstanding talent (and to this day misusing it). Luckily AEW is all in on joshi using joshi style while the E misuses god talent in Io, Kairi and Asuka. Especially Kairi who is above Jungle Boy for natural babyface charisma and is better than most people on the planet.

Rewatching AEW and god the real success story for this is the lighting. It FEELS so packed and like the crowd is part of the show rather than with them being spectators to an overly lit ring.

I would like to see Randy have a character for the first time in 15 years. For a main eventer consistently for that long and to have no designatable isentity other than tall and women love him and a solid wrestler is kind of insane. He cant remake himself in WWE and will never be a Hall of Famer given well its Randy Orton. He might finally be able to elevate himself.

Hotching his wagon to Trump is bad, especially given AEW making huge inroads to democrats of all things, but given that is two days ago and Nyla Rose this is real loving bad. The Santana and Ortiz connect was "haha Meximerica lives" but this cannot be explained away at all other than straight up transphobia.

If it was years ago they could play the well years ago card and a lack of exposure. This is two days and he was already employed. Theres no way to spin this or show remorse.

139,000 is really small for overlap giving more credence to AEW being not WWE people but an untapped demographic.

Cody is such an obvious star it blows me away how he was misused for so long. He's got the look for sure and my biggest issue with him in the past was that his matches were generally passable at best, not just in WWE but also in New Japan. But since he's gotten a measure of control over how they unfold he's become a top talent since he understands exactly how to tell a story and to highlight all his strengths and hide his weaknesses. Plus he's got that intangible "it" that allows him to connect with the crowds, everybody loving reacts when he comes out, everybody loves him.

I disagree with this, Cody's reigns in ROH and matches in NJPW were extremely meh. He felt like he left WWE to prove himself and did try really hard but he was never the top guy but was at the top. This year he's kicked it into high gear. He didn't really have the intangible "it" you can see with misused main eventers, the Punk's and the Bryan's, he just worked hard and worked his way to where he deserved to be. And had a barn burner with his brother that made everyone be like "well lets see how this goes".

So the goons in the WWE thread posted that it�s official that Scarlett Bordeaux signed with WWE. And that means Killer Kross will go there. They have so much money to throw around.

And ANYBODY that is a free agent and expresses any kind of interest whatsoever to take offers from AEW is gonna get thrown a boat load of money from WWE.

I�m super optimistic for the product but really would love to see the entertainment and talent these other guys and gals could bring to a place like this and I admit, this bums me out.

I think it really got me bummed out when I saw Luchasaurus doing a patreon and I really do wonder if there�s a hidden message here. If I didn�t need money, I wouldn�t do it.

I�m probably reading way too deep here but seeing all these other guys and gals sign with WWE definitely is making me think the money isn�t here at all. And there�s gonna be more swings and misses.

That�s fine for the talent. They get paid. That�s good. But from the entertainment standpoint and showcasing what they�re so good at...drat.
