Okay, so I figured it out. This Raw has been built/booked sort of like an NXT show. They have named talent/jobbers getting beat by people they want to push/establish, but it sort of comes off as a longer episode of WWE Main Event since its a lot of the same talent.

I noticed this felt like a particularly jobber heavy Raw. I think you’re right, and despite this being a bad Raw they should be booking more jobber squashes on TV to put people over, that’s kinda booking 101. It makes more sense than giving away A talent matches on tv multiple weeks in a row to the point where people are bored by the time the match happens on PPV. This Raw is bad for completely different reasons.

There’s no heel authority. There’s not even an authority figure. Flair never asked for a two on one match to get herself over this match is just booked for no reason. Well the reason is to get Charlotte a tag team partner with Natty or whatever but this is so dumb. Flair is a better heel and nobody wants to boo Asuka and Kairi but at least Kairi is making this work (but they’re not getting over as heels)
